Crochet Pullover Baby Sweater with KathleenThe class will consist of Four sessions.
The pattern for this class is called “Boy Sweater”, but would make a great sweater for a boy or a girl depending on the color used. This is a Top Down sweater pattern with no seams. It features Post Stitch, Ribbing and a textured body. While the pattern offers instructions for sizes from 0-6 months up to 8-9 years, students are asked to limit their class project to sizes 0-6 months or 12 – 18 months.
Class size will be limited to 6 students with a minimum of 2 students.
October 8, 15, 22 and 29, from 5 - 6:30 pm.

Pattern: Each student must purchase a copy of the pattern “Boy Sweater” available online from

Yarn: (Must be purchased at Wool and Whimsy) Any DK weight yarn in the quantity needed for the sweater size. Since this is a baby sweater be sure to purchase yarn which is easily washable and baby friendly.
Size 0-6 Months: Approximately 330 yards
Size 12-18 Months: Approximately 430 yards
Size 7 (4.5 mm) crochet hook
Blunt Tapestry/Yarn Needle (sized appropriately for DK weight yarn)
Scissors
Ruler or Tape Measure
Teacher: Kathleen has been crocheting for at least 50 years, She has more than 10 years of experience teaching crochet and is a Craft Yarn Council of America certified crochet instructor. She is returning to teaching after a break of several years and looks forward to sharing her love of crochet with others again.
