JOZI’S ROADS ARE NOT SAFE.We are hosting a special Critical Mass edition ride on Saturday, 21 February to honour cyclists and pedestrians who have been killed on Johannesburg’s roads, including David Sejobe and Kerry Grudlingh.
This is a collective ride for remembrance, visibility, and safer streets.
We meet in Rosebank and cycle to Randburg, where David Sejobe worked. The route reflects everyday travel patterns and highlights the real risks people face when walking or cycling in the city.
This is a slow, inclusive, and peaceful ride. The aim is visibility, solidarity, and respect. Riders of all experience levels are welcome.
All wheels are allowed. Bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, and similar human powered mobility are welcome.
Date. Friday, 21 February
Meet-up area. Rosebank, Johannesburg
End point. Randburg
