About this Event
Across almost every industry, businesses and bottom lines have been negatively and significantly impacted by the global pandemic, which has potentially put even more pressure on leaders to deliver results. And yet, the same global pandemic has also wreaked havoc on businesses’ most precious asset- its people. Leaders need to make adjustments and accommodations for their teams in compassionate and thoughtful ways that still enable them to drive for results. Join us for this 2-day workshop where we help leaders understand that driving for results and being a compassionate leader are not mutually exclusive options.
IN THIS WORKSHOP, PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN
• Advantages and disadvantages of various feedback models
