About this Event
C JF Sussex was established as a regular space for practitioners to meet and be able to discuss issues relevant to the criminal justice sector. In particular the focus of the meetings is to improve communication across the sector, bring together statutory and voluntary services and to bring in organisations that work with these groups without it being the sole focus of their organisation.
We hope for the meetings to encourage a mixture of experienced staff as well as those new to the sector and for there to be space for opinion of those with lived experience of the criminal justice system.
This meeting will be in the town hall in Haywards Heath, the first to be in West Sussex, with thanks to Mary Bell of Lewes IMB for organisaing this. We are keen to extend invites to organisations across Sussex and therefore encourage you to share invitation to other individuals and organisations that you think may be interested in attending. The agenda for the meeting will be available and sent to attendees closer to the time of the meeting.
The meetings are managed by Making it Out and Sussex Prisoners Families, please contact [email protected] with any questions you may have about the meetings.
Up to date information and updates on the meetings can be found on the CJF Sussex Slack workgroup, please message [email protected] for a link to join this group.
