Teri TraskTeri Trask makes her home in Cedar Falls, Iowa. She believes strongly in giving back to her community and is an active volunteer in the Cedar Valley. She is the owner of T2 Training where she enjoys wearing the hats of Executive Coach (ICF certified), Facilitator, Speaker, and Consultant.
Teri received her BA and MA from the University of Northern Iowa. She has returned to her Panther Pride roots and currently serves as a PRP (Professional Readiness Program) trainer in the College of Business at the University of Northern Iowa. She also supports leadership development for all ages as a consultant with the Franklin Covey Company where she is certified in the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Covey core content. Prior to these roles, she was a Facilitator and Executive Coach with Leader Valley and an adjunct professor at UNI, Wartburg College, and Viterbo College. She also spent 7 years as the PeopleWorks Director on a corporate management team at an area bank and enjoyed her first 17 years in the workforce as an elementary teacher, principal, and district office administrator.
Teri has a “pay it forward” philosophy and can frequently be found educating, inspiring, and entertaining the public on all aspects of personal development and leadership. She truly believes in the power of empowerment and thrives on supporting people of all ages as they embark on the transformational journey to find their voice. She has been dubbed an “Enthusiologist Extraordinaire” as she is known for her no-nonsense approach and the passion, energy, optimism, and engaging style she brings to the table.
Teri and her husband, Lynn, lead an active lifestyle and can most often be found on the local trails, running, biking, or riding horses. They are proud parents of 4 grown children and 3 grandsons. Frequent road trips are also on the agenda as their family resides in Iowa, Florida, Texas, and Georgia.
