In this guided wine dinner, you’ll discover an array of wines from the island, alongside a Cretan-inspired 4-course chef's tasting menu.
From a 2021 single vineyard Vidiano from Crete’s "wonderkid" Iliana Malihin and a 2020 natural Liatiko “Grifos” from Silva Daskalaki to the legendary 2004 “Antigone” blend from the one and only Economou and a 2016 Kotsifali from Stilianou, each wine is thoughtfully curated for each dish, taking you on a cultural and gastronomic journey through the rich heritage of one of Greece’s most ancient regions.
