This is a sacred event, please arrive on time and once the doors are closed there is no entering or leaving the space.
Prepare accordingly. Make your journey extra comfy. Our body temperature drops when we enter a relaxed lucid dreaming state.
How to prepare for your Sound Journey to enjoy the experience:
Bring the following. ・ yoga mat BYOM・ pillow ・ blanket ・
We will supply one blanket, bolster and sandbag. *You will be lying down for 55 minutes.
*Use blindfolds for added rest of the senses.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before start time so you can relax, get settled, and quietly join our other beautiful participants.
*Drink plenty of water before and after to promote the effects of the vibrational frequencies.
