Creators in Conversation (Papercuts Comics Festival 2025)

Join acclaimed Australian comic creators at 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, a series of five one-hour discussion panel discussions, organised as part of the wider 𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗰𝘂𝘁𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹.
Creators in Conversation will feature the following panels:
10:15–11:15am: SLASHIES – with Alyssa Bermudez (TAS), Evie “YEEVZ” Hilliar (NSW), and Tim Mcburnie (SA).
11:30am–12:30pm: DRAWING LOCAL – with Campbell Whyte (WA), Molly Hunt (WA), and Queenie Chan (NSW).
1:15–2:15pm: IRL – with Jess Harwood (NSW), Mirranda Burton (VIC), and Sam Wallman (VIC).
2:30–3:30pm: TEXT-TILES – with Claire Murphy (VIC), Elizabeth Marruffo (WA), and Samuel Luke Beatty (NSW).
3:45–4:45pm: ICONS – with Louie Joyce (NSW), Nicola Scott (NSW), and Paul Mason (QLD).
