Creator Network Meetup in Happy Valley 2024

Hello Social Co. is organizing another Creator Network Meetup to be held on Sunday, October 13, 2024 in Happy Valley, Pennsylvania!

We are proud to announce the Happy Valley Adventure Bureau as the presenting sponsor again this year! Don't miss your chance to connect with their representatives at the event.

The Creator Network Meetup is a day of professional development and networking for content creators, influencers, destinations, and experience-based brands in the travel, tourism, and experience niches. At our first event, we welcomed 30 creators and influencers, including photographers and podcasters, plus 10 destination and brand representatives, to the event and we expect those numbers to grow in 2024!

What to expect:

At the event you'll learn about...

• How to determine rates in an ever evolving market
• Effective self-marketing tips for creators including advice on crafting media kits, rate sheets, and perfecting your pitch
• Protecting your work and sanity with effective proposals and contracts, including strategies on handling scope creep
• What makes a pitch stand out
• How to use storytelling as a content creator
• And so much more!

Throughout the day you'll hear from creators such as Hannah Morris (@HappyValleyHannah), the "Happy Valley Mom", and Janessa Marcos (@WeAreTheMarcos), a Florida-based outdoor adventure creator.

Eric Cortes, Senior Director of Social, of Visit Philly will also be joining us in the afternoon to talk about his background and experience working with content creators.

Get in the know during a round table discussion in the afternoon with Hannah and Eric as we listen to their perspectives on what makes a great partnership.

Of course, we will have multiple networking sessions so that you'll have time to chat about partnership opportunities.

We are a team of storytellers, marketers, and creators who work hard to grow entire regions and communities through the power of social media.

As you may know, social media platforms are ever-changing, thus there is a need to constantly adapt and optimize marketing strategies.
