About this Event

The benefits of centering mental wellbeing in our lives is huge. Not only in terms of our personal experience but also in terms of our environment.

Creative wellness is the practice of using creative arts – like painting, music or dance – to promote psychological, physical and emotional good health. By connecting with these activities we are able to find ways to express the everyday stresses or worries that so many of us face.

This workshop provides an opportunity to engage in creative activities, whilst giving you the chance to join in wellbeing conversations in an informal way.

Workshop Objectives:

  • To provide a reflective space for you to connect with others in your community and acknowledge unifying life experiences.
  • You will engage in creative activities that will actively support your wellbeing and decompression.
  • It will offer a space for you to realise the value of finding patterns of attending to your mind and body.
