The Creativity Clinic:
An intimate workshop around HAFI’s book table. Bring your notebook and a small object that reflects your current creative state. We’ll start with brief intros, then try five hands-on exercises from The Creative Wellbeing Handbook, with time to talk and reflect throughout. Together we’ll map where you’re at, untangle what feels unclear or heavy, and gather simple tools to care for your creativity. You’ll leave with fresh perspective, practical prompts, and a calming reset to use when overwhelm hits.
About Emmi:
Emmi Salonen is an author, designer and speaker. She runs London based Studio Emmi and created the Creative Ecosystem, a framework for sustaining creative wellbeing. Her clients include cultural and purpose-driven organisations, and she regularly speaks and teaches internationally. Her new book, The Creative Wellbeing Handbook, shares practical ways to stay inspired without burning out.
