FELDENKRAIS METHOD: Enhance your movement awareness and discover new ways to engage with the world. Through gentle, exploratory movements, improve your proprioception, flexibility, and coordination, unlocking your full potential for self-expression.
VIEWPOINTS TECHNIQUE: Delve into the elements of movement
and space, including rhythm, gesture, and spatial relationships. Learn to intuitively interact with your surroundings and respond in the moment.
This workshop is perfect for artists, performers, and anyone interested in movement and self-discovery. You’ll leave with a deeper sense of presence, both within yourself and in your creative practice.
JULIANA APPEL: Brazilian actress and storyteller, graduated in Fine Art and Specialist in Art Education in 2001. In 2011 she came to Copenhagen where she trained in physical theatre at the International Commedia School. In 2021 she started her education at the Feldenkrais Institute in Vienna. Her curiosity leads her to search for how presence and creativity can be stimulated. This makes her go deep into the Feldenkrais Method and Viewpoints technique. She currently lives in Aarhus/Denmark and is the leader and co-founder of Ludico Theatre - a group made up of international and Danish artists with the desire to establish and cultivate a space where performing art serves as a creative force, fostering connections and enriching communication to instil a sense of belonging among members and audiences.
