Creatively Embodied is a signature monthly offering that weaves together therapeutic yoga, mindfulness, and soulful creative expression.In this February gathering, we honor the heart-centered energy of the season with a slow, grounding yoga practice designed to soften the body, open the chest, and reconnect you with what truly matters. From this steady, present place, we move into a guided Intention candle-making ritual, where you will create your own personalized intention candle infused with herbs, essential oils, crystals and a sankalpa for the season ahead.
This is not a craft class—it is a moving meditation and a ritual of devotion to what you are ready to nourish and grow. Your finished candle becomes a meaningful object you can return to again and again, a reminder of the intention you set in this space.
All materials are provided, along with tea and light refreshments.
