About this Event
Creative visioning workshop • Jake Buckton x SEED_2065
The year is 2065. The Rupture has brought about a fundamental shift in the way we humans understand and coexist with the rest of life on Earth - the more-than-human. What does this healed relationship look and feel like? And what were the values, transformations and innovations that allowed us to reach this point?
Join me in this interactive, creative Three Horizons workshop to begin to answer these questions together, as we explore visions of healed human/more-than-human relationships in 2065. We'll take inspiration from the artworks which form the exhibition , and you'll have the chance to produce your own artistic response to the workshop theme - no experience needed, just an open mind :)
Please try to arrive 15-30 minutes before the workshop starts so we can get going promptly.
I'm Jake, an environmental professional with a Masters in climate change, and a trained Three Horizons workshop facilitator. My dissertation explored using participatory workshop methods to envision climate transformations in the arts & culture sector - you can watch a short video of my research here: Climate Transformations in Arts and Culture - Recording. I'm really excited to be part of SEED_2065, and to meeting you in person at the workshop!
