Welcome to the Creative Trails and Street Art Walking Tour! Join Melinda Vassallo, author of Perfect Match; Street Art of the Inner West, out front Vic On the Park Hotel, Crn of Enmore Road and Addison Road, for a unique experience exploring the vibrant art scene in Marrickville.
This relaxed 3 hour walk will take you on an adventure of the creative and culturally diverse Inner West suburb of Marrickville. Meander the colourful streets and laneways where graffiti and street artist roam while discovering where art is made. Explore hidden artists' studios, independent galleries and quirky artist run initiatives.
Starting out front of Vic On the Park Hotel, the tour will be approximately 3 hour easy casual walk. You will discover some Street Art and learn about the artists and their work. Visit many artist spaces and studios along the way. This walk will end at May's Lane, St peters for a fabulous and vibrant street party!
Be prepared for fun, wear comfortable shoes for a long walk and be properly prepared for the weather.
