This is your invitation to take some much needed time out, give yourself a night of self-care time to fill that cup! Join me for a Creative Therapy & Sound Healing session.
Thanks to the amazing support from the Gold Coast City Councils Active & Healthy program these events are only $10 per person (plus booking fee).
Yoga mats now provided, feel free to bring a small blanket/pillow if you want to get really comfy for laying down during the sound healing.
Each session will include a small creative activity as well as a sound healing. This is your chance to unwind and relax while also learning about the healing benefits of creative arts therapy.
