If our hand stitching tells a story, what would your stitches say about you? Join us as we explore the benefits of mindful stitching and introduce techniques commonly used in a stitching practice. Basic needlework skills like threading a needle, a variety of stitches etc. will be covered, so no experience is necessary. Students will choose from a variety of materials available to them for their first project, which will be inspired by items brought from home. $8 materials fee paid directly to instructor on day of class.All are welcome – WEI classes are open to everyone.
