This afternoon of creativity and conversation kicks off with a workshop, led by mixed media artist, Maria Geary of Relaxing in Art, which offers offering you the opportunity to create personalized affirmation cards that align with your artistic goals and aspirations. Through hands-on activities and guided exercises, you'll discover the power of positive affirmations in boosting your creativity and self-confidence. You will leave with beautiful, personalized affirmation cards to serve as daily reminders of your creative potential.
In addition to the workshop, enjoy live poetry by the talented poet, Latisha Nashay and a reading from by author, artist and creativity coach, Sharon J. Burton.

The event will culminate in a dynamic panel discussion on Embracing Creativity at Midlife and Beyond, featuring Sharon Burton, Maria Geary, and Latisha
Nashay. The discussion will be moderated by C. Nicole Swiner, MD, CEO of Swiner Publishing Company.
