Join Katie and Gina for a serene, multi-sensory journey exploring the Crown Chakra—the center of spiritual connection and higher consciousness.
We’ll begin with a gentle yoga flow and guided meditation to align body and mind, followed by a healing sound bath tuned to the frequency of the crown. Intermixed into the experience will be an intuitive painting session, using calming hues like violet, white, and gold to express your connection to divine energy.
No experience needed—just come with an open heart and a willingness to explore.
