Led by artists and instructors Suzanne & Paul Frazer, this full-day immersive retreat invites participants to slow down, explore artistic expression, and cultivate deeper self-awareness.

• Yoga & Sound Immersion – Gentle yoga, meditation, and sound healing to awaken creative energy.
• Expressive Line – Explore the power of linework and expressive drawing techniques.
• Figure Drawing: From the Inside Out – Hands-on instruction with a live model, focusing on gesture, form, and proportion.
• Pinch Pot Meditation & Sound Bath – A meditative clay exercise blending tactile creativity with mindfulness.
• Drawing From Life – Extended life drawing session to refine artistic skills.
• Reflection & Journaling – Time to process insights and creative growth.

About the Instructors:

Through her studies of movement and art, Suzanne Frazer (E-RYT 500, Open Sky Yoga, BS, Buffalo State College), developed an awareness and deep curiosity for the methods in which the mind and body coincide and align. The unique and unassuming way both art and yoga appear naturally in daily life is the essence of what guides her as a teacher, through creative, mindful and compassionate instruction.

Paul Frazer is a long time Studio Artist and Educator based in Naples, NY, where he has been serving as High School Art Teacher for the past 18 years at Naples Central School. Studying the human figure through art has been a focus of his professional work. Paul has a B.S in Art Education from Buffalo State College and an M.F.A from Penn State West in Ceramic Sculpture. His work is heavily influenced by the classical work of Michelangelo and Auguste Rodin.
