Welcome to Creative Responses to the Menopause & Life event!
Join us at Mint Lane Cafe on November 8th and December 6, 2025 at 10:00 AM for a couple of hours filled with guided art exercises for relaxation and mindfulness, as well as exploration of materials and how you are in your menopause.
Experience a free flow intuitive art making period so you can dive deeper into your own image making and menopause journey.
This isn’t a medical approach to menopause, it is a human, creative and empowering approach, so you can rewrite your story, and get more awareness around the hidden wisdom of the menopause journey.
Exploring themes that arise for many women at this time, such as how to rest, how to heal, and how to cope with feelings of loss, grief, and change, this space is about helping you to navigate feeings of uncertainty that many women feel. It is a space to invite a sense of ownership too as well as belonging.
If you’re in need of some “me time” and want to pause and take stock, this group will provide just that.
Let's break down barriers and celebrate this transformative phase of life together.
