🎉 Time for Red Door 104’s annual Creative Prompt Art Competition! 🎉For this competition, we pair writers and visual artists, and the result is double the creativity ✍️🎨
Here’s how it works:
🔺 Writers submit an original creative writing piece (poem, short story, song lyrics) by September 1, 2024.
🔺 Visual artists sign up for the competition by September 1.
🔺 We send a creative writing piece to each visual artist on September 5.
🔺 Visual artists create artwork based on their assigned written piece and bring their work to the Red Door 104 gallery by October 5.
🔺 We celebrate everyone’s hard work at our Competition Opening Reception on Friday, October 18 @ 6pm! Writers and visual artists meet, and everyone has a great time. (All are welcome at the reception, even if you didn't participate in the competition.)
This competition is a perennial favorite, and we can wait to see everyone’s submissions!
