About this Event
Join Natalie Chanin from Alabama Chanin, The School of Making, and Project Threadways for a 2-hour workshop. Natalie will share the story of how she came to express her creativity through hand-stitching. The class will explore creative process, fabric composition, and the basics of hand-stitching. Natalie will teach you to create zero-waste designs with textile scraps, paper, stitching supplies, and more. Some scraps will be provided. Additional kits, project supplies, and fabrics will be available for purchase.
