Welcome to the Creative Movement for Children hosted by Calm Down Kids!

Come join us for a fun and interactive class where children ages 6-10 years old can express themselves through movement and creativity. Children with ADHD and Autism are welcome.
This class is an inclusive group designed to help children develop their emotional regulation, coordination, and self-expression skills in a playful and supportive environment.
Our experienced dance movement therapist will guide the children through various activities and exercises that will encourage them to explore different movements and rhythms. Through dance, music, and art, children will have the opportunity to unleash their creativity and have a blast!
After you sign-up you will be sent the consent forms and waivers to be signed before beginning this group.
