Looking for a creative reset at the start of your week? Join us for Creative Monday Workshops — a hands-on, soul-soothing space to explore your creative side, connect with like-minded people, and craft something truly meaningful.

Each month, we’ll dive into a new project, often inspired by the seasons. Think autumnal wreaths, handmade pumpkins, natural ornaments, or calming tactile pieces that bring nature and mindfulness into your home. Whether you’re a total beginner or an experienced maker, this is a space where you can slow down, play, and grow.

• A small, welcoming group (max. 12 people) for personalised, step-by-step support

• A mindful, calm environment guided by a facilitator with over 5 years of mindfulness practice

• Seasonal and thematic creative projects to nourish your inspiration

• All materials provided — just bring yourself

• A gentle invitation to reconnect with your hands, body, and mind

• Time to chat, laugh, and make with others who value creativity and wellness
