NAMI Creative MindSets is a creative, student-centered class designed for middle and high school students (grades 6–12) to explore their thoughts, feelings, and identities in a supportive environment. Through ready-to-use, hands-on activities, students engage in art, mindfulness, and self-expression as tools for reflection and self-discovery. The class encourages creativity while supporting mental wellness, helping students build self-awareness, express themselves in healthy ways, and better understand their emotions and experiences.Date: Thursday, February 5, 2026
