Agenda: Spend a magical autumn afternoon at the beautiful Sackett Farm Flowers in Delaware, OH, facilitated by licensed therapist and creative mindfulness coach Katy Oberle. Enjoy a SoulCollage® session, guided nature therapy experience, and restorative sound bath. There will also be time for journaling and meditation, and refreshments will be served. You'll even get a bouquet of fresh flowers to take home! Come care for your soul and connect with kindred spirits in this creatively mindful retreat.
