Join GRAM for a day of wellness as we explore “Slow Art” practices with activities throughout the museum. “Slow Art” emphasizes the practice of taking our time to look at art longer to truly see the details, form opinions, and experience emotions.Activities include:
• Diving Into Art
• 11-Word Poetry
• Mini Art of Meditation Sessions
• Drop-in Studio: Creativity Lab
• Opening the Eye Mind ™ Gallery Activity
All activities are included with Museum admission. Registration is not required. Upon arrival, you can sign up for the Art of Meditation mini-activities and/or the Opening the Eye Mind ™ Gallery activities offered throughout the day.
