This beginner level, adult creative mending workshop will teach you some basic sewing skills and give you the confidence you need to repair your favorite clothing! In this workshop, led by Josie Garcia, you will learn about various tools, techniques, be given some practice time, recommendations for mending, and time for repairing items you bring!📅 Sunday, March 30

This is an entry level, adult workshop
Bring articles to mend! Some examples might be:
an old pair of jeans that you refuse to part with, a flannel shirt with a hole, a jacket that needs elbow repair, thick wool socks that are worn through at the heel, etc.
Some clothing may require specific mending materials that will not be available during this workshop.
Not recommended for this mending workshop:
Stretchy clothes like spandex pants, silk, satin, lace.
