Welcome to the Creative Journaling Club!
Join me (Becky) one half of STUDIO 6 for a cosy and creative session where you can express yourself through journaling. Whether you're a seasoned journaler or just starting out, this event is perfect for anyone looking to unleash their creativity.
The session will take place on Fri Apr 26 2024 at 10:00 AM at Unit 3 Scott Hall Mills.
We will indulge in 3 wonderful hours, playing with materials, sharing stories, followed by a quiet reflective journey to the self.
This is a great sessions for enhancing your creativity and confidence in using art materials to journal with. You will be in a supportive non judgmental safe space where I hope you will want to return time and time again.
What to Bring
New Journal what ever size feels comfortable I like a A4
Water Bottle
Comfortable Clothes
Any snacks you desire
Any found objects that will lay flat in a book i.e small feathers, leaves, petals
We have a kettle so if you have a favourite coffee or tea pop it in your bag
What will Be provided
A range of wet and dry art materials
Collage materials and glue
Herbal Teas
Support
Cuddles if needed
Cosy Blankets cushions and bolsters
About the venue:
Our studio is on the second floor and therefore has limited accessibility. Please contact us for any further information. On street parking is available.
About Your Host:
Becky is a fully qualified and registered Art Psychotherapist with over a decade of experience supporting both individuals and groups. Becky focuses on individual need and adapts the therapy to create a positive and magical experience while gently exploring any difficulty that rises. Becky is a Trauma informed therapist and helps clients understand and work with their nervous system. In Art Therapy the process is important and will include understanding and working with all the senses in a sensitive and safe way.
