Join us for the Creative Insights Retreat, a special collaboration between Hest Creative and Equus Insight, designed to help you reconnect with yourself, nature, and animals. Set in the serene beauty of Washoe Valley, this one-day retreat offers a unique opportunity to step away from daily pressures and engage in a day of personal growth, reflection, and inspiration.
You’ll begin with a mindful nature walk and movement break, followed by equine- and animal-assisted art activities, and enjoy plenty of space to connect with others or spend quiet time in personal reflection. Led by experienced coaches and equine facilitators, this retreat is the perfect reset before the busy holiday season. A delicious catered lunch and refreshments will be provided.
