Creativity isn’t something you either have or don’t have—it’s a muscle. And like any muscle, it only grows when you use it.
Creative Gym is a 45-minute, energizing, and grounding workshop designed for individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to bring their creative ideas to life. If you’ve been sitting on ideas, waiting for the “right time,” or doubting your creative ability, this workshop is for you.
This session is about movement, momentum, and permission—permission to try, to be imperfect, and to build confidence through action. Together, we’ll explore practical, feasible ways to strengthen your creative muscle so your ideas can grow, flow, and evolve naturally.
Each attendee will receive a copy of the ebook Six Ways to Build Your Creative Muscle, which will guide the structure of the workshop. We’ll move through these six ways in real time, pairing insight with simple exercises that help you reconnect with your creative instincts and leave with tools you can actually use.
By the end of the workshop, you can expect to:
- Feel more confident in your creative voice
- Understand why action—not perfection—is the key to creative flow
- Learn how to consistently build your creative muscle in everyday life
- Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and ready to start
This is our first workshop at the space, and it marks the beginning of many more gatherings centered on creativity, community, and growth. The workshop is donation-based, with contributions accepted at the door, making it accessible to anyone who feels called to attend.
