About this Event
In this session we will explore how to use words, letters and creative writing to create images. It will be a space to creatively express and communicate our experiences.
For some people getting creative is how they deal with stuff in life. For other people getting creative can feel daunting and intimidating and kick off all kinds of insecurities.
Our creative group session will be super laid back and non-judgemental. It's a place to try things things out and play around, even if you don't see yourself as creative. Just come as you are, hang out and see what happens.
We get told that "it's OK to talk"... "It's time to talk"...
But it's not always OK, it doesn't feel OK!
It can feel scary and overwhelming and we might worry about how other people will react. Worry about getting judged, dismissed or worse.
What if we don't know how to talk? What if we don't know how to find the words or how to describe what we're experiencing, what we are going through?
This group session as an opportunity to get together and do stuff. No pressure to talk!
