Have you stopped being the creative person you used to be?
Through simple Creative Flow techniques, we will explore allowing, releasing, expressing, flowing, deep trust and healing in a fun, gentle, and non-judgemental space. No prior experience is necessary. All materials provided.
You will gain a deeper understanding, connection, and compassion for yourself, gaining confidence when you tap into your rich inner well by allowing yourself to make intuitive movement and sound. Creating your own language of colour, mark making and symbolism to yourself from yourself.
This can be used as a powerful tool you can connect into for times when you need answers, feel uncertain, stuck, or you simply want to relax, unwind, and build a deeper, richer relationship with you.
We will finish the day with a deeply relaxing and nurturing Intuitive Sacred Song Meditation.
