To stay in the creative flow, we all know it’s worth slowing down. To truly feel our life force and strengthen our presence, we need to get out of our heads and back into our bodies.
Join us for Somatic Flow Yoga—a gentle, breath-guided workshop that uses rolling, stretching, and squeezing movements to soothe the nervous system, calm the mind, and reconnect you with your inner spark. Whether you’re an artist or simply seeking a deeper sense of embodiment, this session is your space to reset and revive.
