Creative Dance Workshops with Inma Pavon

Inma Pavon, Creative Dance Artist in Residence with The Rory Gallagher Music Library, will be teaching a series of Creative Dance Workshops this year. The workshops will be based on a series of meditation, yoga and contemporary dance improvisation techniques, where the participants will be guided towards the creation of short dances (solos, duets and group). The sessions will also include creative writing and drawing as part of the creative process. These sessions aim to create a sense of wellbeing, a safe space to explore creativity in a non-judgmental way.From 3.30pm to 5.30pm in the Thomas Davis Room in the City Library on the 1st Saturday of every month (except in the case of Bank Holidays where it will fall on the second Saturday). The 1st workshop will take place on Saturday the 1st of March. Age 18+ No previous experience necessary.
