Educators of all disciplines are invited to the Susquehanna Art Museum for a special Educator Mixer designed to inspire connection, creativity, and collaboration. This informal evening provides a unique opportunity to network with fellow educators while exploring the museum’s current exhibitions and learning more about educational resources available through the museum.Guests will have the chance to visit the VanGo! and experience the current exhibition, Behind the Curtain, which highlights the artists and craftspeople who bring live theater to life. Also on view in the Lehr Gallery is If Herr Street Could Talk by Harrisburg native Alteronce Gumby, offering a powerful, artistic perspective from an artist that grew up in Central Pennsylvania.
Throughout the evening, attendees can meet museum education staff, and explore the galleries and VanGo. Light refreshments will be provided.
All educators are welcome. Educator school ID is required for free admission.
