About this Event
Creative Connection Experience
What would it mean for you to connect to your most authentic self through creative exploration?
Michelle Gay and Lucy Nobles invite you to an in-person exploration of your creative self, while building community with a small group of like-minded folks from the greater Portland area.
Experience a fun, playful space to create and engage with many forms of creativity. As a means to connect with your deepest, truest self, you will:
- try new things in service of connecting with yourself and learning about yourself.
- discover, build, and grow your gifts, creating a different perspective of how you show up in the world.
- take an intuitive, lighthearted approach to creativity
- explore what is in your heart and be a witness for the people going through the same processes with you
This is not about learning a new skill or making beautiful art pieces.
This is about exploring the connection between self and creative expression.
May 15: Blooming
Our intentions have been planted and nurtured and this month we’re leaning into what is coming to fruition. Looking at what is blossoming in our lives. We will play with paint, paper and other materials to create a visual representation of what we are seeing.
When you attend these Creative Connection Experiences you can expect to:
- Get in touch with yourself, your inner landscape, and your intuition
- Relieve stress by getting messy and allowing yourself to be imperfect
- Improve brain function by learning and practicing something new
- Build community, Improve your relationships and make new connection to others
As facilitators, we will create a container for you to explore without judgment and guidelines. You will be free to play with the materials and find what resonates with you.
