About this Event

Slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in this nourishing workshop that blends mindful art-making with creative writing prompts. Through a series of guided exercises, you’ll be invited to quiet the noise of everyday life and turn inward—exploring your inner world with curiosity, compassion, and creativity.

Using simple, accessible art and writing practices, we’ll create space for self-expression, reflection, and insight. These exercises are designed to help you uncover deeper understanding, spark new perspectives, and connect more authentically with yourself. You’ll also share the experience alongside like-minded people in a supportive, safe, and non-judgmental space.

No prior experience with art or writing is needed—this workshop is not about being “good” or producing polished work. It’s about showing up as you are and allowing creativity to be a tool for mindfulness, self-discovery, and connection. All skill levels are welcome.

Participants need to bring a journal and pen. All other supplies are included. Ages 18+

About Your Teacher:

Erin Scaia is a certified mindful art and meditation teacher with a deep passion for combining creativity and mindfulness. Since 2017, Erin has been practicing mindfulness meditation and has dedicated herself to teaching others how to incorporate art-making as a form of meditation. She became a certified mindful art and meditation teacher in 2022 after completing Mindful Creative Muse's Mindful Art and Teacher Training, accredited by the International Mindfulness and Meditation Alliance.

In addition to her mindfulness work, Erin is an intuitive reader, certified EFT Master Practitioner and has completed TrimatriTM Reiki Level 1.

Her unique approach helps individuals use art as a tool for fostering a deeper connection with themselves and promoting overall well-being. Erin's mission is to guide others on a creative journey that enhances mindfulness, inner peace, and personal growth.
