Overview

This intensive one-day workshop is designed to transform the way teams think, create and work together. Blending the core principles of creative teamwork with hands-on project practice, the workshop takes participants on a journey from brainstorming basics to building a team-designed prototype.

Across the day, teams learn how to unlock group creativity, harness diverse perspectives and generate ideas that feel both fresh and achievable. Through guided activities, playful experimentation and a realistic project brief, participants practice the skills that matter in today’s workplace.

Whether you’re looking to reinvigorate team culture, break down departmental silos or nurture practical creative confidence in your organisation, this workshop offers a high-impact, memorable and genuinely engaging way to build collaborative capability.

Why is this important?

Creative problem solving is one of the most hireable skills for today's employees. With the rise of AI, being able to work together with other humans to be ahead of the curve on creative ideas is so valuable.
