p5.js is a beginner-friendly JavaScript library that makes it easy to create visual art, animations, and interactive experiences directly in the web browser.
Designers, artists, web developers, and creators are all welcome! This is a great workshop to get started with programming fundamentals, learn to make art with code, and leave with a portfolio project.
Skill Level: Beginner - No Coding Experience Needed
This class is designed for complete beginners. You don’t need any programming background to join. We’ll start with the absolute basics of p5.js and creative coding, using simple visual examples that make it easy to learn by doing.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll understand how to draw shapes, use color, create simple animations, and build interactive artwork in the browser. Come on through!
