It's a chill space to let your imagination run wild and boost your wellbeing. Whether you're a seasoned artist or just starting out, everyone's welcome!

Here's what you can expect:

This month we will be:

Making a Christmas angel from collage. Hang it as a decoration or send it as a Christmas gift. Bring any sparkly things you might like to use for extra bling!

Guided Sessions: Join Lyn from Adult Education for structured sessions to spark your creativity.
Open Creative Time: Work on your own projects or dive into something new with our arts and crafts supplies.

The Creative Wellbeing Club is a collaborative project between Carlisle Eden Mind and Adult Learning from Cumberland and Furness Council. The club aims to provide a supportive and inclusive space for you to explore your creativity, enhance your mental wellbeing, and develop valuable skills. All in a safe non- judgemental space.
