Join Even Numbers for City Escape: Ballet Barre x Light Therapy x Art, a 50-minute Foundation Ballet Barre class that blends dance-inspired movement, wellness, and light therapy to elevate your energy and mood. We will end the city escape with a creative workshop together.
This is more than a workout — it’s an immersive wellness experience where art meets movement. You’ll move through graceful yet grounding choreography that strengthens your posture, balance, and awareness, while light therapy shifts gently throughout the class to match your rhythm and emotion. Ending the day with a Mini Postcards of Movement - Design a mini postcard inspired by one word from class — grace, balance, flow, strength.
What to Expect:
