Creative Care: Seasonal Art + Tea Time
Creative Care is an intimate curated workshop series exploring the intersection of art, mental/emotional wellness, and seasonal inspiration.
Our theme of the evening is "Heart Medicine" - exploring the topic of emotional resiliency and self care with the support of a warming chai blend as we create wearable medicine pouches from upcycled natural materials.

Join us to enjoy guided community dialogue, nourishing herbal tea, and freeform artistic expression.
You'll walk away from this offering feeling affirmed, rejuvenated, and empowered, with a beautiful piece of your own artwork, as well as tips and tools to continue your creative care practice at home. No previous experience necessary.

This seasonal art workshop is led by Ⓛ Akinyi, with nourishing herbal tea provided by Nata of Waking Seed.

Tickets are offered on a sliding scale basis, with guests invited to pay the amount which best reflects their financial capacity to support and uphold this work.
