About this Event
I believe that art comes from the heart, and not from judgement. It comes from love and from a deep connection to our soul, and that looks different from each one of us. When we find that connection, everything starts to flow.
When we paint what we love, time just stops. We find flow and we enter that beautiful zone of calm, peace and zero thoughts. In this retreat, it is my intention to guide you towards what your heart wants to paint.
We will paint in watercolour, ask questions, reflect, and find out what sparks joy inside.
We start with a beautiful breath and meditation session that calms the mind and brings peace.
You do not need any previous experience in either watercolour painting or meditation, this is a beginner friendly retreat.
Be prepared to...
• let go of old beliefs that you can't paint and you are not creative + become a master at tuning into what you most love
• paint from your heart, not from your mind, free of judgement
• create art from a calm space, tune into your body and feel what sparks joy in you.

About Kristina:
Kris is a watercolour artist, yoga teacher and mindful painting teacher.
She teaches art as a mindful practice, which will make you feel calm, grounded and fully present.

The retreat ticket is non refundable. If you are unable to make it, it would make a wonderful gift for a loved one.
The Garden Gallery is situated in the centre of Farnham and parking is available nearby at The Hart car parks. We are also only a 15-minute walk from Farnham train station.
