Join us for a transformative in-person event at 1900 S Street, Sacramento, CA.. This session combines the power of breath work with trauma awareness, creating space for a safe and healing environment for all participants.
Experience the profound benefits of somatic breath work as you are guided through patterns of simply breathing. Always in full control, this practice connects us with your bodies stresses, releases tension, and promotes relaxation. Susan will guide you through sections of breathing and offer various supports throughout the session.
This full group session is open to everyone, regardless of experience level. Whether you're new to breath work or a seasoned practitioner, you'll find this event both enriching and empowering. Take this opportunity to enhance your overall well-being.
Bring a mat, blanket(s), pillow, whatever makes you comfortable. Waiver provided at check in. Registration required and closes one hour before scheduled start time.
This is a somatic breath work full session and will end with learning how to practice daily.
Some enjoy journaling, some enjoy sharing and some choose to simply rest and reflect, whatever you choose is yours although journaling within a few hours after practice is encouraged.
