Creative Art Groups Kore Rooms offer a gentle, supportive space for young people aged 11–17 who may be struggling with confidence, anxiety, or big emotions.In a calm and nurturing environment, young people are supported to explore their feelings through creativity, without pressure or expectation. Sessions are guided, allowing each child to express themselves in ways that feel safe, contained, and appropriate for them.
Art is used as a therapeutic tool to help young people develop emotional awareness, self-belief, and resilience, while gently building confidence and self-esteem over time. No previous art experience is needed — children are welcomed just as they are.
