Art of the Mandala
Wednesdays, April 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, May 7, 14, and 21 | 2–4 pm
Free for anyone 55 and better!
In this eight-session workshop, we will explore the format of the mandala used in traditional and contemporary art in connection with the special exhibition . Projects will include an outdoor mandala using natural materials, gelli plate-printed mandalas, and a mandala created with acrylic paint on mulberry paper mounted on a wood panel.
This workshop is free for anyone 55+; registration required. All materials are provided.
Participants are limited to one eight-session UMFA 55+ workshop offered from January through June 2025.
