Come join us for Creation Station. Creation Station is our drop-in art making program which is for ALL AGES and is complementary with your paid admission to the Museum. For this weekend's program, our art project is based on the artwork, Trompe L’oeil, 1667-1673 by Marcos Correa. Trompe-l'œil is an artistic term for the highly realistic optical illusion of three-dimensional space and objects on a two-dimensional surface. Trompe l'œil, which is most often associated with painting, tricks the viewer into perceiving painted objects or spaces as real. Create your own collage art in Creation Station. It's a delightful experience.
