Welcome to the Creation Life Wellness Program—a free community initiative! Join us for eight consecutive evenings filled with learning and inspiration as we delve into holistic approaches to enhance our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

CREATION Life, developed by AdventHealth, is a non-denominational, faith-based, wellness plan designed for those seeking to lead healthier, happier lives while embracing a unique philosophy of whole-person health. By consistently applying the principles of CREATION Life, we align with God’s original intention for us: to live fully and joyfully!

Each evening, we’ll focus on one of the eight key practices:

Choice: Discover how to make intentional decisions that lead to success.
Rest: Learn hacks you've never heard of to prioritize sleep and relaxation for rejuvenation.
Environment: Explore ways to create a supportive and nurturing atmosphere around you.
Activity: Uncover secrets to maintaining an active lifestyle.
Trust in God: Strengthen your spiritual connection and deepen your trust in the Creator.
Interpersonal Relationships: Cultivate and sustain positive, uplifting connections with others.
Outlook: Embrace a positive and optimistic view of life.
Nutrition: Integrate balanced, plant-based options for optimal health.

According to Pastor Carlos Quiroga, our facilitator, "Participants will learn to weave these principles into their daily lives, experiencing transformative improvements in their overall well-being. After a challenging election season, this program is the perfect opportunity to step away from the screen, engage with our community, and witness the positive changes that unfold!" An earthly delight, (healthy refreshment), is served after each session, as a treat for coming out of your comfort zone.

This in-person event (oh, did we say this is all free? Yes it is!) kicks off on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 7:00 PM, and runs for eight consecutive nights until November 16, at the Gettysburg Seventh-day Adventist Church.
